Clubs, activities and athletics are instrumental in student life, and enable participants to make friends of all ages, observe student leaders in action, assume a leadership role oneself, and also to get to know faculty members beyond the confines of the classroom and the curriculum. Student life activities are organized to provide all students the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of enriching experiences at the High School.

All High School students are required to participate in two extra-curricular activities each school year (1 athletic and 1 social/academic). The Student Life Achievement Medal (S.L.A.M.) is awarded to students who demonstrate a commitment to excellence through participation in student life activities.
